Dear Tom and Sheryl, My new carpet and the kitchen floor have enhanced the looks of my house so much. I wonder why I waited so long. Thanks for all the help in choosing all the carpet and flooring. Also for your experience and advice. Please tell your installers how much I appreciated their professionalism. They were prompt, They worked quietly, were efficient, and were so careful with moving and replacing the furniture. This was a huge job, and they did it with care and wonderful attitudes. Also, please commend Doug. When he left at night, the floor was clean and prepared for the next day. His expertise was apparent in each step of the process, and it was completed even earlier than I anticipated.
